FAST PICKER CELL consists of several robots that pick up the products which arrive randomly on a conveyor belt, placing them on different outputs at a speed of up to 150 cycles per minute. Thanks to their integrated vision system the FAST PICKER is able to recognize the positioning and orientation of incoming products. Depending on the solution the FAST PICKER can release the products directly onto a flow wrapping machine infeed ( creating the final configuration to be flow wrapped) or can place them into the trays or inside the boxes and cases of secondary packaging.
