TLP series – mono-bi-trifunctional cells with top loading robots. FAST PICKER CELL consists of several robots that pick up the products which arrive randomly on a conveyor belt, placing them on different outputs at a speed of up to 150 cycles per minute. Thanks to their integrated vision system the FAST PICKER is able to recognize the positioning and orientation of incoming products. Depending on the solution the FAST PICKER can release the products directly onto a flow wrapping machine infeed ( creating the final configuration to be flow wrapped) or can place them into the trays or inside the boxes and cases of secondary packaging.

Wrap- around machines principle is to form the carton around the products. The walls and the top of the carton are formed after the products are applied on its flat base. This way of cartoning ensures tight packs in comparison with traditional top or side loading. The WA is suitable for creating boxes of different sizes with the same framework. The machine can achieve the output up to 30 packs per minute, depending on size of the box and products. Thanks to the modular construction the machine guarantees a lot of possible configurations so it can handle wide range of various applications. SMART CELL was designed to enable the highest possible automation of the changeover that the machine may require to run different carton size. The machine is composed of three modules- carton forming- groups preparation – loading. The first module enables completely automatic change-over managed through the HMI, avoiding any adjustment for the blank dispenser or hot melt glue guns for various case sizes. The second module prepares groups, using two conveyor belts and two OPM Fast Pickers. The final module has a 2 axis robot that picks the prepared product groups and places them into the case. This module also allows completely automatic change- over via the HMI.
